How it all began. When Jimmy first started a pop-up restaurant in his living room, he didn’t think he’d now be doing pop-up activations for brands all over the world!

At an event at the Barbican earlier this month, Jimmy was named a Power 50 Green Champion – the first event industry initiative from Isla and event industry digital hub Micebook, dedicated to shining a spotlight on individuals within the events industry who are devoting their time, passion and energy to making a positive impact on the planet.
