Henley Royal Regatta
We have done the crew catering at Henley Royal Regatta for years and in 2019, we were asked to return and create a Garden Bistro as the main catering option for guests enjoying the sport along the riverside as well as cater for their press night.
For this we created delicious warm and cold canapés including Thai shredded beef cheek with baby gem, mango and pomegranate salsa, as well as beetroot and orange mousse with crushed hazelnuts in a beetroot cone and our infamous cured salmon tartare with cucumber, black garlic mayo and micro coriander. For the garden bistro throughout the Regatta, we did a quintessentially British afternoon tea.
