Universal Music at Abbey Road

We were honoured to cater for Universal Music's Le Crossing event hosted at the iconic Abbey Road Studios ahead of their relocation to a new London HQ in King's Cross. 

The brief was to create a French and British fusion menu and consisted of bowl food and canapés. The trays were dressed to fit the theme and the ingredients used perfectly married the two cultures and countries. In addition, we also supplied French waiting staff to add additional authenticity to the evening and to ensure that all communication was smooth and consistent.
