JGC chosen as exclusive caterer for the World of Tim Burton Package at the Design Museum

We are so excited about this one. First, the fantastic Design Museum is hosting an exhibition of the works of the genius Tim Burton from now until April. Second, and even better, we’re the exclusive caterers for anyone booking the World of Tim Burton package! We can’t wait to show you what we’ll be serving up but suffice to say we thoroughly enjoyed creating menus based on the amazing inspiration that Tim Burton’s work conjures up. So with the exhibition as your backdrop you might want a Coraline-inspired Halloween party, a Nightmare Before Christmas party, a Mad Hatters tea party or let us know about your own idea of a world of pure imagination…we promise there won’t be any beetles in the juices! We’ll be partnering with Event Concept, Young Guns and Veevers Carter to deliver on these events.

But before that, we were delighted to cater at the launch night and thrilled that Tim Burton himself was there to open the exhibition.

Guests were served a range of vegetarian canapes, presented on specially themed trays while Tim Burton made an opening speech and the Trinity Laban Youth Dancers performed a special piece for the occasion.

The World of Tim Burton - Exhibition opened 25th October 2024 and runs until 21st April 2025.

"I’m a huge fan of Tim Burton’s work so I’m very excited to be the preferred caterer at this exhibition. My team and I have created menus that celebrate the unique aesthetic of Tim Burton’s World, from delicious canapés served on trays styled on some of his most notable films to gothic themed food stations or carnivalesque-themed seated dinners.”
