Eurovision meets gastro-vision!
The team were thrilled to be in Liverpool providing an amazing feast on behalf of TikTok for 90 creators invited to enjoy Eurovision.
The experiential events agency, Seen Presents, selected us to curate a menu guaranteed to delight both the taste buds and camera lenses of creators invited to Liverpool by TikTok to experience the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest.
The dinner was served at the iconic Royal Liver Building, offering a panoramic view of Liverpool’s Pier Head and the TikTok-sponsored fan zone. This allowed everyone present to fully immerse in the joyous Eurovision atmosphere.
We also had the privilege of catering for a separate reception on the Saturday evening, hosting an additional 160 specially invited TikTok guests.
Liverpool, Ukraine and Eurovision references influenced the menus which included:
The Dancing Queenie - hand dived scallop, crispy chicken skin, scallop roe and gold leaf “gunpowder”, seaweed, and lime butter served in a bowl with dry ice.
Cauliflower Rainbow - Harissa roast baby cauliflower, pickled purple cauliflower, romanesco, golden raisin,coriander emulsion, puffed rice, tempura cauliflower leaf.
To Ukraine with Love - a tempered blue and yellow chocolate heart containing hazelnut streusel, milk chocolate mousse, rhubarb jam and strawberry gel.
The “Eurovision Equals” cocktail - Liverpool gin, ginger syrup, butterfly pea extract and lemon.
An “edible” party popper, filled with savoury granola - possibly the most filmed item on the night!

TikTok creators, by their very nature know what great content looks like, so we had to make sure that the food was as memorable as the music and the artists performing, I think we nailed it!”
