Our menu lit up the iconic Roundhouse for NEON, the FutureDreams Charity Fundraiser

Thanks to our friends at Velvet 20 we were honoured to be providing the three- course dinner for over 600 guests at Future Dreams 15th anniversary event, NEON.

Hosts Cat Deeley, Gaby Roslin, and Gary Davies ensured that an amazing time was had and a fantastic amount of money was raised for this inspirational breast cancer charity.

Guests were treated to performances from Melanie C, Nick Heyward, Boy George and Victoria Ekanoye.

Our menu on the night included:

Graveney Gin and Beetroot Cured Salmon pickled beetroot carpaccio, hung horseradish creme fraiche, beetroot gel, dill


Sirloin of Beef - roast tropea onion, broccoli puree, brown butter fondant, pommery mustard jus

Pear & Vanilla Magnum - Pear and vanilla mousse, pear and calvados flambe and toasted hazelnuts

“This was an amazing night, Future Dreams did an amazing job and the atmosphere was electric right from the start. We played our part in keeping everybody’s spirits high with a fantastic menu and the Roundhouse came into its own when the live performances started”.
