Making sure that good food gets to those who need it this Christmas

Instead of gifting to our clients this year, we’re donating to GlassDoor’s Christmas campaign Homelessness can happen to any of us.

It’s such a privilege for the team here at Jimmy Garcia Catering to be able to help those supported by the amazing charity Glass Door.

Glass Door coordinate the UK's largest network of open-access services for people affected by homelessness. During the hard months of winter, they also provide emergency accommodation, operating a circuit of night shelters from November to March in Wandsworth, Hammersmith & Fulham, and Kensington & Chelsea boroughs. Each of these shelters offer a warm welcome, and a safe environment without judgement for all of those who need them.

Last week one of our vans left our HQ in Battersea stacked full of food for Glass Door who will distribute to their three night shelters and their partner day centres, including the Ace of Clubs in Clapham where my team help out throughout the year.
